Disputes and Jurisdiction

State of West Virginia and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal
jurisdiction in the courts of the State of West Virginia in connection with any such dispute
including any claim involving Cattails Publishing LLC or its members, affiliates, subsidiaries,
employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of West Virginia,
without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions
is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such
provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and
Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and
Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other
term or condition.
Copyright Complaints
Cattails Publishing LLC respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your
work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow our
Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement below.
Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement,
please provide Cattails Publishing LLC the written information specified below. Please note that
this procedure is exclusively for notifying Cattails Publishing LLC that your copyrighted
material has been infringed.
- The physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
of the copyright interest;
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;
- Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
- A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed work
is an infringement upon another's intellectual property and is unauthorized by the copyright
owner, its agent, or the law;
- Documentation regarding the disputed work's genesis, including dates;
- A notarized statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information
in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the
copyright owner's behalf.
